Died at home on Thursday, March 29, 2012. She was supported on her journey by her four children who loved her very much.
Adored mother of Rosanne, Scott, Hayley and Nicole; beloved Grandmother (Goney) to Harriet, Oscar, James, Joshua, Gabriel and Georgia.
She is irreplacable and greatly missed.
Patricia`s life was celebrated at St Joseph`s Catholic Church, 12 Albert Street, Edgecliff, on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 10 a.m.
