John passed away peacefully at Clare Holland House, A.C.T.
He will be sadly missed by his friends and family. Thankyou to the staff of Goulburn Base Hospital and Clare Holland House for their care.
The funeral service for JOHN will be held in the chapel at Norwood Park Crematorium, Mitchell, Act on Friday (September 16, 2011), commencing at 10.30 a.m.
