Died suddenly 20th March, 2004 Aged 55 Years

Dearly loved husband of VICKI, much loved father of MATTHEW, REBECCA and KIMBERLEY, beloved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of RON (dec`d) and LYN BARTLEY, MAUREEN and RAY BOYCE, MARK (dec`d) and CATHY BARTLEY, will be sadly missed by the BARTLEY and PUDDY FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of BART are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in the Chapel of Macquarie Memorial Park, Cessnock Road, Ryhope (Toronto exit off Freeway) WEDNESDAY (24/03/2004) Service commencing at 12 o`clock.
