Family and friends are invited to attend Mass of Thanksgiving to be celebrated at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, George Street, Morpeth on Monday 12th December, 2011 at 10am.
A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Aspect (Autism Australia) and Strive may be left at the Church.
