Loving and caring husband of DEANNA, devoted father to LOUISE, GILLIAN and RICHARD, brother to TRACEY, loving son of BEV and DOUG (dec`d), loved grandson of HAZEL.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend CRAIG`s Funeral Service to be held in the David Lloyd Funeral Home, 200 Brunker Road, Adamstown TUESDAY morning 20/7/04, commencing at 11.30 o`clock.
At conclusion of this Service a private cremation will take place.

Sadly missed by all his family and friends.

By request no flowers, donations may be left at the Chapel for the Mater Hospice.
