Sadly missed by their husbands Ken and Greg. Grandfather to Brendan, Katinka, Murray, John and Drew and great-grand-father of Max.
Gone for a cappucino and cake.

Family and friends of JACK are invited to attend his funeral service, to be held in the North Chapel of the Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde, Monday (October 11, 2004) at 3 p.m. Meet at Roseville Golf Club after the service.
