Passed away peacefully at Belmont Hospital 9/5/2008
Loving husband of Jean, Proud father, father-in-law, grandfather , great grandfather and friend.
Family and friends are invited to Alan’s celebration of life service to be held at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Ryhope on Wednesday 14th May 2008 commencing at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers donations may be left at the service in aid of Ronald McDonald House JHH as requested by Alan.
