Died peacefully at home on 26 December, 2012, surrounded by his loving family.
Aged 65 years

A service will be held in the South Chapel, Woronora Crematorium, Sutherland on Thursday (January 3, 2012) at 10a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife would be appreciated.
