Dearly loved husband of REBECCA, adored father of RACHEL, ALICIA and KASEY, loved son and son-in-law of DANIEL and IRENE GERARD and JULIE and their FAMILIES, beloved brother of SHANE and NICKY. Loved grandson of NICK and MARIA, uncle, nephew and friend to all who knew SIMON.

Aged 33 Years Too dearly loved to ever be forgotten Relatives and Friends are kindly invited to a celebration of SIMON`S life to be held THURSDAY 30th June 2005 to commence at 1.00 pm at Mackay Crematorium, 21 Pacific Highway Ourimbah. At the conclusion of the Service the cortege will proceed to Catherine Hill Bay Cemetery for burial.
