Died peacefully 28th January 2005 with his family by his side. Of Brightwaters, formerly of Strathfield. Dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and brother.

The Relatives and Friends of Dr KEVIN are invited to attend his Funeral Service commencing 2pm FRIDAY (04/02/2005) at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Ryhope.
