Aged 60 years.
The funeral service for TERRY will be held in the Rose Chapel, Palmdale Memorial Park, Palmdale Road, Ourimbah, Wednesday (December 15, 2004), commencing at 11 a.m.
Following the service, interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery.
No flowers by request, in lieu donations to Cancer Research.
