The Funeral Service for JOHN will be held MONDAY, December 6 2004, to commence at 11.30am in the Chapel of the Mackay Family Crematorium, Pacific Hwy Palmdale.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cancer Information and Support Society (Hunter Valley) and these may be left at the Chapel.
