to be conducted in St. John`s Anglican Church, Westcott St, Cessnock this TUESDAY, November 23rd, 2004 commencing at 1pm.

This service will be followed by a private interment in the Aberdare Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to The National Foundation may be left at the church.
