Passed away peacefully 31st October 2004 at Belmont Hospital, late of Caves Beach. Beloved husband of JEAN, loved father of WARREN and grandfather of BELINDA, BRENDON and BRETT.
Aged 83 years

The Relatives and Friends of the late REVEREND JOHN CAMPBELL of Caves Beach are invited to attend his Funeral Service this WEDNESDAY (03/11/2004) morning, Service commencing at 10.30 o`clock in St John`s Presbyterian Church, Hanbury St, Mayfield.

This Service will be followed by a private cremation.

No flowers by request, in lieu donations may be left at the Service for Kids With Cancer, John Hunter Hospital.
