Dearly loved wife of JACK (dec`d), dearly loved sister, aunt and great-aunt of the MARTIN and BARTHOLOMEW FAMILIES.
The Relatives and Friends of ADA are advised that her Funeral took place privately THURSDAY 28th October, 2004.
