Dearly loved husband of CLAIRE, loved father and father-in-law of KENDRICK, ROSALIND and JAY, loved grandfather of KIMBERLEY, ZACHERY and CAITLIN. Loved son-in-law of JACK and NINA SLATER. Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of their FAMILIES.
Aged 64 Years
DAVID`s Funeral Service was held FRIDAY 15th October, 2004 in the All Saints Anglican Church, Main Road, Boolaroo, thence for interment in the Catherine Hill Bay Cemetery. rn
