Dearly loved daughter of PETER and CATHY, loved sister of SARAH, AMY and JAMES. Treasured grand-daughter of MONICA and PETER Lo CASCIO, DORIS and the late PHILIP CHATBURN. Cherished niece and cousin of the CHATBURN and Lo CASCIO FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of JACQUI are warmly invited to attend her Funeral to be held in St. Joseph`s Catholic Church, Main Road, Kilaben Bay MONDAY (20/9/04) Funeral Mass for the repose of her soul commencing at 10.30 a.m. A private interment will follow this Service.
