Tragically taken from our lives July 26, 2004. Loving husband and soulmate to TRACEY, a mentor and father to JOSH, LUKE and MATTY. Treasured youngest son to JACK (dec`d) and PAT. Fondest brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

The Relatives and Friends of PHIL are kindly invited to attend his Funeral Service FRIDAY (July 30, 2004) to commence at 1pm at St Mary`s Catholic Church, Main Rd, Toukley. Following this Service the cortege will proceed to Noraville Cemetery for interment.
