KELLY, Ralph Leslie (Mick).- Passed away peacefully at hospital July 21st, 2004, of Port Kembla, formerly of Newcastle. Dearly beloved husband of JUDITH (Del), beloved father and father-in-law of JENNIFER, DAVID and DEBBIE, dear pa of CAITLYN, dear brother and brother-in-law of his brothers and sisters and their FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of RALPH are invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at the Northcliffe Chapel of Hansen and Cole Funeral Directors, 634 Northcliffe Drive, Kembla Grange MONDAY 26th July, 2004 commencing at 10 am. In lieu of flowers donations are invited to The Palliative Care Ward, Port Kemba Hospital.
