Carol would like to thank Dr John Robilliard and his Secretaries; the Staff of Ward 20 at Gosford Hospital; the Gosford Cancer Clinic Staff; the Gosford Hospital Pathology Team; the Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology Team at Ettalong and Woy Woy; Dr Koh, Ettalong; the staff of Brisbane Water Private Hospital; Dr Bill Munro; Dr Ma and the Staff of the Stem Cell Unit; St Vincents Hospital Darlinghurst; their dedicated expert medical attention was so appreciated over the past 4 years.

Relatives and Friends are meeting in the Rose Chapel, Palmdale Crematorium, Paldmale Rd, Ourimbah at 2.15pm WEDNESDAY 23rd June 2004.
