The Relatives and Friends of JOHN are respectfully invited to attend a Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate his life to be held in Christ the Redeemer Anglican Church, Mission Terrace, Laurieton FRIDAY 18th June 2004 commencing at 11am. In lieu of floral tributes donations to the cology and Palliative Care Units at the Port Macquarie Base Hospital would be very much appreciated and a donation plate will be at the Church.
