Passed away peacefully 22nd May 2004 at the Mercy Hospice Waratah, late of Charlestown. Beloved husband of GLENICE, loving father, step-father and father-in-law of VICKI and MARK, STEPHEN and KIM, JOHN and JACKIE, PETER and MARYANN, MARK and TRACIE, TONY, LISSA, loved grandfather of DONNA, CAITLIN and DAVID, JASON and KIRSTY, CHARLEY and JACKSON, ELLY and JOSIE, MICHAEL and KATIE, REBECCA, SUMMA-LEIGH and KANE and great-grandfather of MITCHELL, ALEX and LAUREN THERESE.
Aged 78 Years

The Relatives and Friends of the late TREVOR JAMES SCOTT are invited to attend the Liturgy of The Word and Final Commendation for the repose of his soul this WEDNESDAY (26/05/2004) afternoon at 2.30 o`clock in the Funeral Chapel Blackall Street Broadmeadow.

This service will be followed by a private cremation.
