JOHN and TERRI-ANNE would like to invite JOHN and NOELENE MIDDLETON, RON and HELEN WOOD and their FAMILIES and FRIENDS to say their final goodbyes to our beautiful princess, daughter, grand daughter, niece and cousin, JANAI ELLA
Her Funeral Service will be held at St Luke`s Anglican Church, cnr. Metcalf and Brown Streets Wallsend this THURSDAY May 13 2004 commencing at 11am. Interment will follow this service at Wallsend Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the service for the NICU John Hunter Hospital.
