JEFF`s Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be conducted in Christ Church Anglican Cathedral, Church St, Newcastle this FRIDAY, April 2nd 2004, commencing at 12.30pm. A private cremation will follow this Service.

It was JEFF`s preference that in lieu of flowers donations to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia may be made at the Cathedral.
