HALFPENNY, John.
As e of the founders of the Industrial Supplies Office (Victoria) Ltd in 1984 now Industry Capability Network Victoria, John was passionate about the need for import replacement to support local industry and jobs for Australians. As a staunch supporter and board member of the organisation in Victoria and more recently a board member of the National Coordination Office in Canberra his foresight, tenacity and drive will be greatly missed. Our sincere condolences to Karen and family. Roy Lilley, Board Members and staff of ICN Victoria.
