Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Holy Family Catholic Church, Merewether for the Repose of the Soul of the late JOHN HOLLAND CHAPMAN.

LINDSAY FAMILIES are invited to attend the Celebration of Funeral Mass in Thanksgiving for the life of their beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle JOHN
HOLLAND CHAPMAN of Merewether this TUESDAY 11/11/2003 afternoon at 1.30 o`clock in Holy Family Catholic Church, Ridge St, Merewether.

The Mass will be followed by a private cremation.

No flowers by request, in lieu donations may be left at the Church for Prostate Cancer Research.
