Passed away peacefully 18th August 2003 at John Hunter Hospital, late of Merewether. Dearly loved husband of SHIRLEY.
The Relatives and Friends of the late RICHARD COOK are invited to attend his Funeral Service this THURSDAY afternoon at 1 o`clock in the North Chapel of Newcastle Crematorium.
