The Relatives and Friends of Mrs PAT EADES, MARK and JEANETTE EADES, ERIN, LUCY and KATE, LEANNE and DARRYL CALLEN, JASON, MELISSA and SARAH, the EADES and ROSER FAMILIES are invited to attend the Funeral Service for their beloved husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle MAXWELL CHARLES EADES of Lambton this TUESDAY morning at 11.15 o`clock in the Funeral Chapel, Blackall Street, Broadmeadow.
This Service will be followed by a Private Cremation.

Aged 77 Years

No flowers by request, in lieu donations may be left at the Service for the Dialysis Unit, John Hunter Hospital.
