The Relatives and Friends of HERBERT late of Garden Lodge Nursing Home, Port Macquarie and formerly North Haven and Kurri Kurri are respectfully invited to attend a Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate his life held in the Chapel of the Innes Gardens Memorial Park Crematorium, Philip Charley Drive, Port Macquarie, on THURSDAY 27th April 2006 commencing at 9am. All ex-servicemen and women are kindly invited to attend.
