Norman – You gave this old seaman a love of the mountains, rivers, wild turkeys and scenery and soon thanks to your family, I will be able to go back up there again.

oh dad 2 years since you past not much but so much has changed I’m becoming a nana for the first time in September and I know how happy you would be for me and holly but I can also hear your concerns on the matter which make me laugh and sad at the same time . I made you miss so much of my childrens life which is so wrong because you missed out on these wonderful children and they missed out on their eccentric pop I think of you often too often in frustration but also gratefulness in bringing me and my sisters closer together. life wasn’t meant to be easy but it was meant to be full of love and laughter and although you didn’t know it you did bring us a lot of laughter love you and miss what should have been tracy
