Beloved wife of JOHN and daughter to MATEUSZ (dec´d) and MARIA KANONCZUK. Much loved mother and step mother to MICHAEL, JASON and AMANDA, COLLEEN and DARREN, KATHLEEN and TROY, DAVID and EMMA. Loved sister of MICHAEL and JANET, HALINA and BRIAN, ROMAN (dec´d). Loved grandmother to SHANTELLE, CHRISTOPHER, REBECCA, MATHEW, DANIEL, CAITLIN, MADDISON, THOMAS, FINLAY, PATRICK, JACK and ERIN. Loved aunty of many more in the McCLOY, KANONCZUK and WHYBROW FAMILIES.
The Relatives and Friends of MONIKA are warmly invited to attend her Funeral to be held in St Philip´s Catholic Church, Vista Pde, Kotara this FRIDAY 27/9/2013, Funeral Mass for the repose of her soul commencing at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Cancer Research may be made at the Service.
