Dearly loved and loving wife of the late KENNETH BROCK, devoted mother and mother-in-law of PAUL and JACKIE, PETER, MEGAN, LOUISE and GARY, BRIAN, ROGER and SALLY, cherished GrandPat of SOPHIA, AMELIA, LARISSA, PATRICIA and JEFF, KEN and CARRIE, MEGAN ELIZABETH and CHRIS, JOSEPH, DOMINIC and SIMON, loving Great GrandPat of GABRIELLE, JOSH, ELIZA, DARCY and OSCAR. Dear sister of CLARE, FRANK, JACK, MAURICE, KEVIN and KATHLEEN (all decd) and loved sister-in-law and aunty to their FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of PAT are invited to attend her Funeral to be held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Platt St, Waratah this WEDNESDAY (22/8/2012) with Requiem Mass commencing at 12 midday, then proceeding to the Sandgate Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be left at the Church for the Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW.
