The funeral service for DOUG will be held in Christ Church, Cowan Road, St Ives, on Monday (July 23, 2012) at 2 p.m. and afterwards at Pymble Golf Club.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Swallow Foundation, supporting stomach cancer.
