Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service for Mr JOHN (JACK) FRANCIS CARLON to be held at St Mark`s Anglican Church, Queenscliff Road, Leopold on TUESDAY (July 3, 2012) at 1:00 pm, followed by Burial at the Leopold Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Anglicare; in memory of Jack. Envelopes will be available at the Church.
