Beloved husband of GAI. Proud father of KEN, MICHAEL, KEVIN, RAELENE and JENELLE. A caring brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law and uncle to the MONAHAN and TURNER FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of DAVID are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Mass to be celebrated in St. Joseph`s Catholic Church, Cumberland St., Cessnock this Monday, June 18th 2012 commencing at 12 noon; thence for interment in the Aberdare Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the work of the Calvary Mater Hospital, Waratah may be left at St. Joseph`s.
