Passed away peacefully at Minkara ACF on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Fondest mother of Monica, Betty (deceased), Patricia and Helen. Loving Nan of their children.
Sadly missed.
A Funeral Service for CONSTANCE will be held in the Magnolia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner of Delhi and Plassey Roads, North Ryde on Wednesday (May 23, 2012) to commence at 1 p.m.
