Beloved husband of LYN. Cherished father and father-in-law of JODY and KANE, STACY and BRENTON, ADAM and SARAH, and KRISTY. Devoted pop to JAROD and TAHLEA. A loved brother to THELMA (dec`d), ERIC (dec`d), MARGARET, SAM, ALEX, SHIRLEY, ELSIE and SUSAN. Caring brother-in-law and uncle to their FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of DAVID are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service in St. Paul`s Anglican Church, Lang Street, Kurri Kurri this MONDAY, May 21st 2012 commencing at 10.30am, thence for the North Chapel of the Newcastle Crematorium Beresfield, arriving approximately 12 noon.

DAVID`s Family wish to thank Dr. Kwa, Nursing Staff at Kurri Kurri District Hospital and Coalfields Palliative Care for the love, care and support shown to DAVID during his illness.
