John Thorpe (Jock) CUMMING
April 12, 2012, at John James Hospital, Deakin, ACT.
Beloved husband of Margaret, dearly loved father of Peter, Judi, Don, Lindi, Bruce and Ellen. Loved grandfather of Damon, Jessica, Sam,Tom and Ben. Great grandfather of Hamish, Lauchlan and Rhylan.
Aged 91 years.
JOCK`S relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his funeral to be held at the Chapel of the Broulee Memorial Gardens Crematorium, Broulee, with a service commencing at 11 a.m. on Wednesday (April 18, 2012), followed by a wake at Batemans Bay Bowling Club. In lieu of flowers donations to Salvation Army and St Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated and can be made at the chapel on the day.
Jock slipped his moorings and sailed off into the Great Beyond on his final recce in peace and free of pain. He died as he lived, with calm dignity.
