Dearly loved husband of LYN, much loved father and father-in-law of LUKE and SAMANTHA, TIFFANY and THOMAS, and ALEX. Loving grandfather of CONNOR, loved brother of STEVE, LEE, and KAREN. Brother-in-law and uncle to their FAMILIES and also to the HOWLETT and EYLEY FAMILIES.
Will be sadly missed.

The Relatives and Friends of DAVID are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in The Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Ryhope this THURSDAY 15/3/2012, Service commencing at 2pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Calvary Mater Oncology may be made at the Service.
