Gorgeous son of Tom and Ineke, and brother to proud big sister Coco.
Freddie left peacefully in the arms of his parents in the early hours of
27 February, 2012. During his 14 short days Freddie touched many lives, beyond those who met him and was loved by all.
An open memorial celebration is being held at the Centennial Parklands Dining (Wine Room) on Thursday, 8 March at 11 a.m. Please wear happy colours and children are most welcome.
We would like to thank all the wonderful staff at the Sydney Childrens Hospital, Randwick, with special thanks to the compassionate and dedicated teams in the C3 West Ward and subsequently Childrens ICU.
