Passed away peacefully on January 26, 2012 aged 58 years.
Cherished daughter of Ong Chin Kun (deceased) and Tan Geak Ee. Loving and devoted mother of Suzanne and Stephen and kindest mother-in-law to Jinna.
Will be sadly missed by all relatives and friends of the Ong family.
The family and friends of POH CHOO are warmly invited to attend a celebration of her life to be held in the Magnolia Chapel of the Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner Delhi and Plassey Roads North Ryde, this Sunday (January 29, 2012) commencing at 10 am.
