DAVID “DASHER” FORDHAM

Former NBN sports presenter David Fordham has died following a lengthy battle with cancer and heart disease, he was 62.d

David also worked at the  7 & 10 Networks

Born in Bingara, Mr Fordham grew up in Newcastle where he launched his media career with NBN Television.
Known as Dasher, he covered four Olympic and Commonwealth games, Rugby World Cups, and numerous golf, cricket, tennis and league championships… and received many accolades as a broadcaster.
David Fordham is survived by his wife Erica, daughter Sally, son Simon and their families.
