Passed away peacefully on Thursday,November 10, 2011, at home, with his family by his side.
Loved husband of Sarah. Devoted & proud father of Matthew, Emily, Jacqueline and Kate. Loved son of the late Tom and Marcelle OSullivan. Loved brother of Paul, Catherine, Mary and Elizabeth. Loved by all members of the OSullivan & Connolly families.
Loved & respected friend & colleague to many.
Family and friends are warmly invited to a Requiem Mass to celebrate Toms life at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Avoca Street, Randwick, on Wednesday, November 16, commencing at 10am.
This will be followed by a private interment at Botany Cemetery.
