After a courageous struggle with leukaemia

Aged 20 Years

Cherished daughter, sister, and sister-in-law of GAIL and MICHAEL, CHAD, HOPE and GEREMIE, HEATH and WADE. A beloved granddaughter, niece and cousin to the TSAKISSIRIS and BEVEN FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of BLAIZE are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Cessnock Road, Ryhope this Friday, August 5th 2011 commencing approximately 11.15am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the John Hunter Hospital Children`s Oncology Unit may be left at the Chapel.
