Died peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Greenwich Hospital in Sydney.
Beloved and loving husband of Susie (Gatesy), adored father of Amy and Andrew, cherished brother of Warwick and his family – a good and beloved friend of many.
Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service in the Magnolia Chapel, at Macquarie Park Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde, at 1 p.m. on Friday (July 29, 2011).
In lieu of flowers donations to Greenwich Hospital would be appreciated.
