The Lewis Families, Relatives and Friends, are warmly invited to remember TOMMY at his Funeral Service in the North Chapel of the Newcastle Crematorium, Beresfield this Monday July 18th, 2011 commencing 11am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Australia may be left at the Chapel.
