Loving husband of JO, much loved father and father-in-law of MICHAEL and HELEN, PATRICIA and CHARLIE, PETER and MARIA. Cherished grandfather to TIM, BRENTON, ASHLEY, GEOFFREY, JESSICA, MARITA, LYNDAL, CELESTE and ELIZABETH and great grandfather to JEREMY, LEON, ELOISE, BIANCA and MITCHELL.

Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Funeral Mass for JACK to be held at St Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Milson St, Charlestown on Friday 15/7/2011 commencing at 10.30am. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be left at the Church for Father Chris Riley`s, Youth Off The Streets Charity.
