Passed away peacefully after a short illness, on July 5, 2011.
Dearly loved husband of Gwen, father of Luke, and grandan of Zeke.
A service will be held in the Camellia Chapel of the Macquarie Park Crematorium, Delhi Road, Macquarie Park, on Tuesday (July 12, 2011) at 11.30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Garvan Institute for Cancer Research.
