Passed away suddenly on Monday, June 27, 2011
Aged 47 years.

Devoted and loving mother of Annabelle, adored and special daughter of Allan and Val Osborn, much loved sister and sister-in-law of Steven and Serena, and loving aunty of James.

A special thank you to Anne and John and all family and friends that assisted during this difficult time.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of LJs Life to be held in the Camellia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner of Delhi and Plassey Roads, North Ryde on Monday (July 4, 2011) at 1.30 pm.
