Died tragically in Perth June 6, 2011. Loving husband of Kate, devoted father to Bailey and Declan. Much loved son of Frank and Jill. Loyal brother to Dean, Nicci and Grace.
The funeral for the late Mr Wade Michael Kelly,of Hillarys, will assemble at the Chapel in Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park, Whitfords Ave., Padbury, for a cremation service to commence at 2 p.m. on Wednesday (June 15, 2011)
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Beyond Blue would be appreciated.
